Event: Seated gala dinner and award ceremony
After a lengthy selection and proposal process, Sigma’s creative team placed their trust in us. Among several evening events and partner dinners, the Gala dinner and award ceremony is always the most elegant event in the series, requiring conceptual planning.
The event took place in the ballroom of Hotel Intercontinental. We implemented a special concept that was reflected in both the event decor and the entertainment programs. Out of several designs, the duke theme was the winner, which enabled the participants to travel back in time to the 18th century. During the spectacular welcome reception, our dancers greeted the guests in period costumes and offered them a glass of champagne. The centerpiece of the event was the champagne coupe, which appeared on the tables and in the welcome area, where we placed a life-sized glass with an acrobat inside. It became the guests’ favorite photo spot. The colors of the event were black and gold, and we had to almost completely omit white at the client’s request, so the flowers bloomed in pastel peach and soft pink, achieving a very elegant but not overly ornate effect. During the gala dinner, an award ceremony took place on stage, and during the break, we entertained the guests with stage performances. Click for the short video here.
