Rácz Andrea
Andrea is the team leader of Smart Event, the company’s founder, and one of its owners. She has several years of experience in organizing events at five-star hotels and international conferences, and she has been involved in planning numerous beautiful weddings and high-quality events. She speaks English and Russian. She is the heart and guiding force of the team, often participating in professional events and networking occasions.
Hajdú Orsolya
Orsolya has been a valuable member of the R&G Smart team for three years. Primarily serving in an assistant role, she also excels in the field and manages independent projects. With her multinational work experience, she has a great understanding of processes and has experience in organizing and executing protocol events. She speaks English and French.
Kelemen Andrea
Andrea has gained theoretical knowledge and experience in both the tourism and events sectors, as well as in hospitality, through years of working in four-star hotels. She is a back office team member at Smart Event, but we also enjoy having her at our events because she communicates exceptionally well and quickly and effectively resolves any issues that arise. She speaks English.
Benya Eszter
Eszter is our strategic partner. She has also been actively working in the event industry for more than 10 years. She plays a key role in the team, having organized numerous professionally and privately linked events with Eastern ties, and is very familiar with Eastern cultures. She speaks English.
Mátyus Enikő
Enikő is our colleague and strategic partner. We collaborate with her on larger events that require more attendees. Her calm and friendly personality is complemented by her professionalism. Enikő trained at major event agencies and contributes her years of experience to the success of our joint events.
