Our most important task during the preparations was to elaborate the appearance and design elements of the event, furnish the spaces and produce decorative and functional elements. Our client explicitly requested spectacular exhibition stands in connection with the appearance of sponsors, along with additional identity elements. It was not an easy task for us to organize an event for 120 people within the not-so-large area of Hotel Dorothea. A very important goal was to present the brand at the event in as diverse and spectacular ways and forms as possible. Our personal favorite was the huge projected animation, with which we made the best possible use of the vast white wall of Hotel Dorothea stretching into the sky. We also assisted in the implementation of the event, organized and managed the continuous registration with our colleagues. More material has been uploaded here on our Instagram page.
